The Wade Alliance works with mission-driven people and organizations who want to make a positive impact in equity, inclusion and diversity. We offer strategic planning, coaching and training to improve outcomes tied to leadership. We know that dynamic problem requires dynamic solutions and work with organizations ready to move beyond checking the box.
We know that a single educational exposure is ineffective in creating change and look for relationship building not transactional exchanges. The intersection of leadership, diversity and inclusion is fundamental to our approach knowing that change requires both the buy-in of leadership and the energy of the people doing the work.
Our Approach
Behavioral economics is the foundation of our methodology. We incorporate the Nobel winning theories of Daniel Kahneman into our assessments and recommendations. As a physician and behavioral specialist with decades of experience in the Prochaska and DiClemente cycle of change, a similar approach to individual growth is applied to organizational behavior change. Understanding that a single educational exposure is ineffective in creating change is fundamental to our method of addressing the intersection of leadership, diversity and inclusion.
